What I collect
When you book a Clarity Call, I collect your name, email address, and any answers you choose to give. When you download the workbook, join my emails or contact me, I collect the information you provide. When you work with me, I keep contact details, payment records handled by the payment provider, and session notes.
Health and wellbeing information
What you share may include information about your mental or physical health. I use it only to coach you, keep it confidential and secure, and collect it with your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
How I use your information
- To arrange and run calls and sessions
- To send requested workbooks and emails
- To take payment and keep required records
- To reply to messages and improve the website
Who I share it with
I use trusted services including Calendly, Mailchimp and DreamHost. The payment provider, video platform and any analytics service will be added here before launch. These services process information only to help run the business.
Emails and cookies
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. The website uses as few cookies as possible. Calendly and any future analytics service may use their own cookies, with consent requested where required.
How long I keep it
Email details are kept until you unsubscribe. Exact retention periods for booking data and client notes will be confirmed before launch. Financial records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask me to provide, correct or delete your information, stop marketing, or limit its use. Email contact@craigmackaycoaching.com and I will respond within 30 days.
